They have been amazing every time I come here. They are so friendly and being a woman, I feel like I do not have the $$ sign over my head when I walk in here. They talk to me as a person, just like the guy next to me. If I need more info, they give it. I have traded my "dealership only" thinking to NORMS ONLY now. Thanks for being so amazing to me and my truck.

I bought 2 sets of tires, one set installed on the car I drove in, one set installed on a set of wheels I brought in for winter tires. I was gratified to know that when they say they road force adjust and balance each tire, they actually do it, and the way Hunter specifies it should be done. Each tire was marked with its specific placement on the car, even the set that was installed on the car. It was nice to know that they waited for all four tires to be mounted and adjusted before determining where on the car each one belonged. I’ve actually been a customer off and on since the early 90’s (Little Canada) but it will be “on” all the time now, since the other large national major tire retailer in the Twin Cities has sacrificed service for speed, you can count on a bringback with them.

Everyone at Norm's was great to work with. I had them change-out wheels & tires on a new VW. I received (and needed) counseling and advice on what would work and what would not. They are experienced experts here.
